Wait, seriously all I have to do is put a tea bag in some water in a closed jar and put it in the sun, and when I remember that guy in a few hours he’s made tea?? I love it. Totally love it.  I love anything that requires no electricity, gas, oil, etc. to make! Just passive solar. One reason to actually like the hot California Central Valley summers! (True confession: the heat doesn’t get to me too much and I love, love, love all the sun – I think I have a bit of post traumatic stress disorder from the 220 inches of rain we got in 2015 where I lived on Hawai`i Island – but don’t tell anyone in Sacramento I actually like the summers!  🙂   But, anyway, back to the sun tea… )  A few ice cubes jump in for a swim, and it’s the perfect summer beverage.
